Sandos Griego Hotel Torremolinos

This hotel is in a great location, just a short walk through a busy shopping area downhill from the beach. We found it very convenient being by the sea and just on the outskirts of the town centre. The service here is excellent, with helpful staff on reception always ready to assist. The room amenities are top-notch, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a balcony or terrace. The buffet breakfast at the restaurant is delicious, and there are also special diet menus available. The hotel also offers a range of leisure activities, such as an outdoor swimming pool, a fitness studio, and even a golf course. we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Good location, tasty food, helpful staff. Transfer to beach and snack bar were excellent. Pool attendant handled busy pool well. Indoor activity room for children. Nice views from room. Shuttle bus to beach and beach bar. Gift shop and coffee shop in lobby.

Every detail was very good, we had no problems with rooms and food, brilliant hotel.

Adequate room with walk in shower, approaching staff — everything was spotless. The food was fresh, we had breads, fresh fruit and pastries for breakfast.

Low budget accommodation with ideal setting near the beach and shops, train station and buses...

I appreciated its pretty building. Bed was exceptionally comfortable, I enjoyed it. Efficient, hard-working staff and great swimming pool. Perfect location down to the beach, all was great. The main bar was good.

This was our 5th time at the hotel and as always everything was great. I know that this year things are different because of Covid 19 but I was always satisfied with the service of the hotel.

That this year we had little Sion anima but it is normal because of the pandemic.

rooms were renovated, waiters were very friendly and professional, food was good and hotel was very central, just a few meters from San Miguel Street.

Excellent value for money...We've had hotels that are much more expensive and offer much less...Also, the staff is very friendly and makes the effort to speak your language...Of course, we went there in March in a rather quiet period....

Since it's an all in, some guests are noisy...the hotel tries to intervene but well...This is not a criticism but an observation...

The location

Too many people around the pool and poor soundproofing.

You hear everything from other rooms, plus if you have the room that faces other buildings with the neighbors, forget about sleeping at night. I was also surprised that they didn't have hot water to make tea or infusions for lunch or dinner :( You could only buy it in the cafeteria. There was very little variety of food, especially if you are the vegetarian, and it was not very good, really. The ready-made dishes didn't have the labels WHAT THEY ARE and WHAT THEY ARE MADE OF, just like coffee (I poured it in, thinking it was the water, because it didn't say what it was). There is no fridge in the room, which would be good in the summer for storing fruit or ice cream.

The bed wasn't double, it was just two, and it kept falling apart, a big minus for a couple.

The hotel is clean, the staff is very helpful and friendly. The food is varied and very good.

The only downside of the hotel is the lack of entertainment facilities (discos, karaoke, etc.), no music channel on TV, no music by the pool. Uncomfortable and outdated lifts.

Hotel friendly, service on a very high level, any inconveniences solved in 5 minutes. big advantage for us was the location of the hotel in the center. hotel guaranteed free access to the beach (about 10 minutes), where the second hotel of this company was located, where we had food and drink (all inclusive option) for the time of our stay on the beach, it was enough to walk only across the street. biggest surprise for us was counting the hotel day. We checked in at an hour. 20 on the day of departure, room had to leave by 12 o'clock, however, due to late check-in on the day of arrival of all inclusive was valid until 16 o'clock, we were also provided with a luggage storage room. luggage storage room had several luggage rooms and several bathrooms where you could safely take a shower and "embrace" before the very departure. For such facilities from us a very large plus. After the hotel itself you can see that it has already had its years and will need to refresh, atmosphere and approach to the customer are its greatest assets. We will definitely visit this hotel again.

The bathroom in the hotel needed refreshing. At 4 stars you can expect a higher standard.

The elevators, only 2 for 8 floors, always go down the stairs because of their late arrival. The Italian restaurant was closed for several days with the hotel at full capacity and long queues at the buffet restaurant.
